About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the inbound calling process
2. Work on providing on-call and email support for employees across multiple locations - North & South America
3. Work on troubleshooting technically composite issues related to Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013 applications
4. Act as the prime point of contact in helping with active directory (AD), MS Outlook, VPN, network, digital ID, voicemail, optimal, Bit locker, and SAP password resets adhering to client's security policies
5. Work on processing hardware and software requests from employees following the company guidelines
Skill(s) required
Computer Networking
Who can apply

1. 0 – 1 year of experience in technical service desk operations

2. Strong communication skills

3. Working experience with US clients or overseas customers

4. Experience in IT helpdesk support

5. Basic knowledge in technologies Unix/Networking/Application Platforms/Databases etc.

Salary

CTC: 3 LPA (All fixed)
