We are looking for interior designers/architects to undertake a variety of space designing projects for balcony gardens, terrace gardens, and villa landscaping. The goal is to design practical spaces and get the client to approve the project. Since we are a start-up there will be loads of responsibilities assigned and the candidate is expected to achieve the sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the client requirements
2. Work on conceptualizing and designing the space
3. Put it together in a graphical format (2D/3D)
4. Visit client sites to understand their requirements, measurements, and site images
5. Undertake the design of the project from the concept stage
6. Define project requirements and prepare the brief
7. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
8. Set costs and project fees according to budget
9. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
10. Make design proposals and estimates
11. Follow-up with the clients regularly and push for conversion
12. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the management

Experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
A go-getter and ready to move around the city to visit client sites
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project management skills

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
