About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on coding and test programming for software and mobile apps
2. Develop and deploy computer applications
3. Fix bugs in the existing code
4. Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
5. Maintain documentation as per company standards
6. Provide testing, documentation, training, and support for third-party software products
7. Resolve user-submitted problems and questions
8. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
9. Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
10. Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
11. Integrate individual software solutions to higher-level systems
12. Use web-based tools to create advanced SaaS applications when applicable
13. Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and work on debugging when necessary
14. Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
15. Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support

Other requirements

Must have proven experience as a programmer or in a relevant role

Must have the ability to work on programming in languages such as C++, Java (J2EE), XML, Python, etc.

Must have experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

Must have excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies

Must be detail-oriented and should have excellent concentration abilities

Must have an analytical mindset and critical thinking skills

Must have demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code

Must have a BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering, or relevant discipline in BE/B. Tech, BCA MCA, BSc, and MSc backgrounds

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
