Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
