We are revamping our whole product. So, you would be building things from scratch and would be involved in all architectural decisions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing core infrastructure in Python, Django, and React
2. Developing models and business logic (e.g. analytics logics, search, etc.)
3. Architecting servers and services that enable new product features
4. Building out newly enabled product features
5. Monitoring system uptime and errors to drive us toward a high performing and reliable product
6. Taking ownership and understanding the need for code quality, elegance, and robust infrastructure
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
