Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with schools to collect the schedule for round 1 (prelims) of the olympiad
2. Coordinate with the schools to ensure they send the emails and SMS to parents to register for the HOTS olympiad
3. Keep track of registrations (students) from signed up schools - if the registration numbers are low, followup with the schools to send follow-up messages and emails
4. Coordinate & ensure smooth execution of the olympiad test at all three levels
5. Communicate the results of all rounds to schools on time
6. Communicate the final CAR report to schools and also assist in certification distribution (both e-certificate & physical certificates)
