Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure correct and neat reporting for any data asked for
2. Work on the day to day operations
3. Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
4. Ensure inter-department and intra-department smooth coordination w.r.t agreement sign up, PO, invoicing, and payment release
5. Ensure Freecharge and partner smooth coordination w.r.t agreement sign up, PO, invoicing, and payment release
6. Ensure onboarded partner to go live on Freecharge platform in coordination with the content team
7. Publish monthly/weekly scorecards, rolling out RnR and work on other engagement activities
8. Work on the consolidation of daily, weekly & monthly sales facts & figures reports
9. Respond to complaints/queries from partner and inhouse team and give after-sales support when requested
10. Inform partners of unforeseen delays or problems like agreement sign up, PO, invoicing, and payment release
11. Come out with new initiatives for the overall motivation of team thereby impacting the performance of the team
