About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning monthly calendar in accordance with viral trends, trending wedding ideas, competition analysis & customer requirements
2. Devising monthly strategy with respect to previous month's performance in order to boost engagement
3. Screening & recording monthly analytics to understand which posts got the maximum traction
4. Ensuring both content & vendor diversity
5. Incorporating tactics to encourage content contribution both via vendor & customers
6. Handling end-to-end customer communication via DM & email
7. Filling in the gaps for contribution received before forwarding to the team
8. Following strict compliance of calendar & timings

Must be people's person, extrovert/outgoing & possesses excellent spoken and written English language skills

Must have a laptop in good working condition and high-speed wifi broadband at home

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
