About Muskurahat Foundation
Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, at the sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for society and laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014. Since then, we have been spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers. Muskurahat is an initiative to touch every sphere of society, including underprivileged children, looked down upon due to poverty, women, and their environment. We struggle every day to make the world a better and happy place to live in.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and increase audience satisfaction
2. Create and maintain a consistent voice for the organization on social media platforms that is engaging and authentic to our audiences
3. Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, crisis communications, employee engagement, and optimization of channels
4. Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ad spends and web visitor data to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy
5. Work with various organization departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels

Probation Details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will be 20000 per month.

Who can apply

1. Those who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Applicants with a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related discipline preferred

3. Candidates who demonstrate experience and skills for the position without a relevant degree will also be considered

4. Working experience in social media, communications, and digital marketing is preferred

5. Fluency in English

6. Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

7. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in social analytics platforms

8. Experience of the above in the context of promoting a social cause would be an advantage

9. Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks under time constraints

10. Basic knowledge of working with design software would be an advantage (CorelDRAW/Adobe Illustrator/InDesign or Adobe Photoshop)
