About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute the test plan for softwares in a comprehensive manner to evaluate their performance
2. Isolate the bugs and analyze their root cause to resolve them
3. Identify the new techniques and methodologies to improve the testing process
4. Analyze and identify the areas of improvement to meet the requirements of the clients
5. Collaborate with the development and designing team to identify and capture test cases
6. Execute and update the test cases according to the instructions of the seniors
7. Identify the bugs with test cases and discuss them with the development team
8. Carry out regression testing every time the code is changed to fix the bugs
9. Observe the performance reviews of the software development team to figure out the inefficiencies
10. Complete the given testing task within the specified time in order to minimize the development cost
