Key Account Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
2. Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
3. Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
4. Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
5. Update and maintain Logistics Management System
6. Perform analytical and logistics planning
7. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
8. Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
9. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis and document
10. Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
11. Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
12. Use creative strategies and techniques to identify key decision makers within the customer's/traders organization
13. Develop a prospect pipeline through a combination of cold calling, third party referral sources and through company generated marketing initiatives
14. Collaborate with team members to secure the terms of sale, including negotiating rates, identifying carriers, procuring specialized equipment, etc.
15. Update internal tracking and reporting systems throughout the day to maintain accuracy in sales and volume metrics
