Loan Processor (US Mortgage) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Submit a complete and clean file, work with UW to clear conditions efficiently & get the clear-to-close
2. Coordinate with LO/LOA to prepare the file for submission to UW. Collect all necessary documents
3. Work on a complete submission for minimal conditions
4. Submit loan to the underwriter at the selected lender
5. Work on order appraisal, VOE, VOD, insurance, and mortgage payoffs
6. Work on the order title. Submit attorney info to the lender if not already on their approved list
7. Verify for completeness and accuracy appraisal as title work, verification of employment, and other certifications i.e. borrower name(s), address, loan, appraised value, & MI. Update $ in point with final figures i.e. appraised value, taxes, insurance, & MI. Obtain updated approval from UW
8. Update LOS and AUS consistent with UW scenarios
9. Work with UW and LO/LOA to get the conditions cleared as quickly as possible
