Candidates who have done B.Tech/M.Tech in rubber/polymer would be preferred
Candidates who have done BSc in chemistry and MBA in marketing would also have an advantage

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
