We are looking for a marketplace assistant with experience in managing listings for various marketplaces to join our growing eCommerce team
This individual should be motivated, enthusiastic, and professional and ready to work with a fast-paced team
Intelligent, organized and trustworthy candidate to support our CEO and COO virtually
Extremely detail-oriented, doesn’t mind scheduling dinners, combing through emails, and doing any other ad-hoc tasks to support our executive team
Capability to set up new systems and processes to streamline business and personal functions
Ability to solve issues with minimal or no guidance
Top-notch organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Must be able to take initiative with little to no direction
Should exhibit professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Must have extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
Able to prioritize and ensure smooth execution of tasks
Have a professional knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
This position will be extremely challenging so if you're looking for a slow-paced 9-5 job, this role is not for you
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
We are looking for serious applicants who can start immediately
