Mid-level ERP Sales Consultant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and respond to sales inquiries and tenders, and coordinate pre-sales engagement
2. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM as well as a contact database
3. Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors' products, and activities on a regular basis to the management
4. Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas
5. Work on product demonstration & solution selling
6. Work on project scoping, documenting proposals & RFP responses
7. Work on sales negotiation & deal closing
8. Handle sales-to-implementation project handover documentation (product training will be provided)
9. Develop and maintain customer relationships and seek further business opportunities through inside sales
10. Maintain a high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction
11. Diligently follow-up on renewal of annual maintenance plans
12. Visit clients onsite for implementation and training on new projects as well as for existing clients
