Key responsibilities:
1. Interact with the customers in your layout and guide them for the right product
2. Build your local sports project (market research)
3. Be accountable for merchandising and stock management
4. Build a sports community in your catchment
5. Communicate continuously with the supply team, IT, and brand team
6. Update your planner including events, workshops, and leaves
Note: This role is only for female candidates.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Must be passionate about cycling/badminton/hiking & trekking/fitness
Good communication skills
Should be able to speak Hindi and English fluently
Must have the ability to be an omni sports leader & sports ambassador of your sports in your catchment
Must be positive and energetic
Must be a responsible person and should be able to make the best decisions on the floor
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
