1. Promote your sport in the area
2. Share your knowledge with other sport passionate customers and users, make them feel amazing, and deliver the best ever sporting experience
3. Improve sports performance and growth of your local business (forecasting & PNL)
4. Handle the stock management for your sport
5. Manage the in-store merchandising and your sport inside the Decathlon store
6. Innovate, push your boundaries, and exceed expectations day on day
7. Be yourself, embrace and pass on the Decathlon sense and culture
8. Interact/Engage with local sports communities on social media & be data-driven
