We are a part of The Agency Source, ibanklive.com. The Agency Source, through its website ibanklive.com, has given daily competition marketing reports to most of the largest marketing teams in India, for the past 25 years. If you are selected to join us, your job will involve making sure our clients get correct reports every day. You will be managing 5 different teams and making sure work is on track. Our clients include the top brands in India, brands that advertise on TV, newspapers, and Facebook.
In your first few 1-2 weeks, you will actually have to learn how data is logged on our system. You will learn how the system works and understand the quality we need. After you have learned this, you can start bringing quality improvements to the rest of the team. You will have 30 data logging people reporting to you in this role. If you are a fresher, it might sound scary, but do not worry, every step of the way you will have help and guidance. We will help you learn how to become good at this role. Your team of data logging people may be from small towns and may not know English or be as educated as you. You need to be very respectful towards them yet make sure they work on time.
