Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
All expenses during training shall be paid by the company, including training costs, traveling, lodging, boarding, phone, and data cost.
After the completion of training, Growdiesel shall issue a certificate, attractive CTC of 7 lacs, and ESOP.
Candidate should be willing to pass through an extensive selection process consisting of a written exam, group discussion, interview, and documentation. All those candidates who applied earlier either for an internship or job at Growdiesel should not apply again.
