Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to gather and list prospective customers as per the requirements shared by the management
2. Generating potential leads by making outbound calls to the data gathered for identifying interested customers
3. Making formal communication with prospective customers through e-mails and following up with them for fixing up appointments for the field sales team
4. Making calls and fixing appointments as per the target assigned by the management to reach potential customers
5. Abiding by the targets shared by the management and reaching them
6. Maintaining records for potential leads and sharing timely reports as per the requirements shared by the management

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

The selected candidates will be a part of the pre-sales team and will be working with the sales team for generating qualified leads/appointments as per the requirement shared by the management. As it is a ‘’target-based’’ job, candidates will be required to successfully achieve the best results for the assigned target. The candidate will be working from home but he/she needs to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours a day and would need to update the manager on a daily basis on their activities and achievements. There will be a review periodically as requested by the management.
