The applicant will be working with the team based in Mumbai and would contribute to the design and engineering of our UV manual static lamps and UV robots. We are looking for someone who can handle the conceptualization and development of our existing and new products including the aspects of form and aesthetics, along with the psychological interaction between the user and the product
The product designer should have a clear understanding of materials, mechanisms, color and trim, manufacturing processes as well as the packaging in cooperation with the team involved in the relative development process
Experience in sketching, 3D CAD modeling, and visualization (Alias, Fusion, Solidworks, Blender, Keyshot, etc.)
Have a good understanding of different materials
1 year of relevant internship or job experience related to product design
Have a good understanding of the manufacturing process (injection molding, subtractive manufacturing, additive manufacturing) along with materials and visualize possible scenarios
Education - Bachelors/Masters in product design, industrial design, design engineering, mechanical engineering, or material science
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
The candidate must create the documentation necessary to convey the design solution to management through the sketches, renderings, 3D models, and mechanical drawings. The candidate must showcase the prototype in the portfolio explaining the process. Present a portfolio (PDF format) with projects showcasing your creativity and sketching skills
