Product Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the development team of 2-3 engineers in a company of 50 people
2. Maintaining the right engineering practices with the development team
3. Prioritizing work depending on the business use case with the help of the marketing & sales team
4. Understanding the real-world problems and breaking them down for quick engineering
5. Making sure good correct code is pushed to production often
6. Making sure the code is well tested and reviewed
7. Documenting old code and making sure new code is well documented by the team
8. Hiring engineers for the development team when needed

Note: You will not write code in this role. You will be managing engineers.
