Should have experience with overseas communication or should be good at communicating with foreign clients
Must have proven work experience as a technical support engineer, desktop support engineer, IT help desk technician, or in a similar role
Must have hands-on experience with Android/Windows/Mac OS/iOS platforms
Must have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Must have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Must have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Must have the ability to provide step-by-step technical help (both written and verbal)
Must have a B.Sc degree in information technology, computer science, or in a relevant field
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
