About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
2. Design, build and maintain high-performance web applications and dashboards with reusable, and reliable ReactJS code
3. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
6. Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
7. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
8. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native
9. Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
10. Transition existing React web apps to React Native

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field from premium institutes e.g. IITs, BITS, NITs

2. 2+ years of experience in working with frontend and UI development

3. Strong knowledge of working with GraphQL and REST APIs and building responsive analytics dashboards

4. Experience with building progressive web apps, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

5. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

6. Understanding of Google's material design principles and interface guidelines

7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

8. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) & firebase platform & experience of live communication app

9. Experience in building SaaS applications will add a lot of value to the company

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
