Key responsibilities:

1. Providing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a prosperous candidate pool consistently
2. Reviewing resumes and job applications of the candidates
3. Performing phone screenings and reference checks as needed
4. Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
5. Managing the onboarding and new hire process
6. Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process
7. Working on candidate sourcing
8. Developing and releasing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
9. Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
10. Following up on interview process status and updating records in the internal database
