You will be the main point of contact for these editors. You will create clear, crisp, and engaging content to communicate with editors for various projects/initiatives, manage the engagement forum for editors, respond to difficult emails from editors, source content from them, audit communication between editors and our internal teams and work towards improving the quality of this communication.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create clear, crisp, and engaging content to communicate to editors about various projects, launches, changes, etc., audit communication happening between editors and our internal teams, and ensure that editor concerns are getting addressed knowledgeably, promptly, and precisely
2. Handle unpleasant & complex situations through perseverance and superior problem-solving abilities, communicate courteously, empathetically, and effectively with editors, take ownership, and drive the resolution to closure
3. Manage the engagement forum for editors and help create/collect content for the same and create positive engagement experiences for editors through effective communication
4. Study editor queries/concerns and provide inputs for enhancing current processes/products for them
