Booking Coordinator Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering all inbound customer calls and responding to customer e-mails
2. Ascertaining customer requirements by listening to the customer description of symptoms, clarifying the problem, documenting this verbatim and advising accordingly
3. Determining services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer service intervals
4. Advising customers on potential work required, providing a quotation and documenting on the service booking
5. Preparing service and repair estimates & advising on routine maintenance/repair services required
6. Pre-allocating work booked by the service advisors/executive
7. Planning and advising the customer on vehicle drop off times
8. Covering for reception and service advisors
