Must have done full-time B.E/B. Tech/MBA from tier 1, tier 2 institutions
Preferably from a D2C/ed-tech background
Have a minimum of 1-year of experience in any startup or strategy & operations consulting firm
Proficient in MS Excel SQL, CRM tools, or dashboards for performance insights across functions
Passionate about working for an early-stage company
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Macros, and PowerPoint
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in BI (dashboards) especially in CRM, customer experience & engagement tools
Proficiency in business analysis drawing critical insights to tie them to business objectives
