About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts
2. Work on contributing to new customer acquisition (students, aspirants)
3. Work on understanding the context of a student's preparation
4. Assess their learning patterns, pitch relevant courses and make a sale

This is a 3-year-old startup with a small & closely-knit team. We are hiring people who have an understanding of sales and behavioral psychology to understand a prospective learner's attitude towards highly competitive examinations, such as IAS/UPSC and beyond. We will be interested in knowing the challenges you have faced, amusing situations you have witnessed, and hacks that you have implemented in your workplace to get things done.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹22,500 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

1. Working Days: 6 Days a Week (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
2. Interview Address: Office #1, Lower Ground Floor, Apsara Arcade, next to Karol Bagh Metro Station Gate 7, Pusa Road, Delhi - 110005 (Timings - 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM).
