About the job
Our company is on a mission to replace single-use plastic with the most sustainable products. We are looking for a driven professional who believes in our mission, can help us drive business growth, and help in managing daily business activities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target sales leads via social media, email, and other channels
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and increase customer engagement on our social media channels
3. Set and exceed sales quotas
4. Work on prospecting clients and understanding their needs
5. Work on budgeting and allocating the resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
6. Work on data reporting, basic accounting & order fulfillment tasks

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the candidate's performance will be evaluated to determine a fit role in the company. The salary during the probation period would be Rs. 10,000 per month plus performance-based incentives (a direct commission of 5% on sales generated will be offered for every new sale generated).

Who can apply

1. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal English skills as they will be communicating daily with leads, mostly in the United States

2. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones

3. The candidate should be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution


CTC: 3 - 5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
