About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on contacting shops, cafes, street vendors, and business units and sharing the advantage of posting on Google MyBusiness
2. Circle back to convertible leads for the conclusion and enrolling leads
3. Work on managing the company's existing sales profile and coming up with new business outputs and opportunities
4. Create and carry out overall outbound deals and business advancement techniques, sale processes, and best practices across the organization
5. Maintain a fruitful relationship with the client, understand their needs & build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
6. Develop new strategies and processes by evaluating pre-existing and new business ventures
7. Screen and keep a check on industry patterns and remain in constant touch with the management to discuss the strategies and ideas
8. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
9. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and create a collaborative environment
10. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
