Graduation is mandatory (in any field)

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
1. Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week
2. Variable Compensation: Industry highest variable model. There is no cap (we are early stage, there is no restriction on what you can earn).
