1. Develop effective communication platforms for clients
2. Handle client requirements and feedbacks & follow up with them
3. Act as a connector between clients and team and communicate information between the two
4. Handle client queries, doubts, requirements, feedbacks, campaigns, etc.
5. Monitor, measure, and ensure client satisfaction
6. Liaise with different departments about client queries
7. Keep up to date with all the company's services and offerings so that advice can be given to clients regarding all services and products
8. Help with campaigns of various clients
9. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot their problems
