About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on acting as the primary advocate and the first line of support to the customer and understand the customer better, their concerns, health conditions, and diseases
2. Educate customers in all aspects of the device and its applications
3. Respond to and resolve customer queries, including but not limited to product demonstration, functioning, and installation
4. Participate in regular testing of the application and fertility & monitor and interact with clients either via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues
5. Collaborate with the biotech, hardware, software, and AI teams to understand which changes benefit all stakeholders
6. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and follow-up to ensure full satisfaction after troubleshooting
7. Work on being detail-oriented to gather feedback from the customers, maintain up-to-date data, and present accurate and timely reports

Female candidates shall apply

Bachelor’s degree (2020 - 2021) with specialization in biomedical engineering

Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

Fundamental knowledge of medical devices and their applications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and understanding of computer systems and mobile devices

Can value our customers and take absolute pride in everything you do

Comfortable while talking to customers with a bit of politeness, patience, and humility

Can execute every task to the highest standard and make it fun with some teamwork

Motivated and have a desire to learn

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,01,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 95%

2. Variable component: 5%
