About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Mentor the top students on the platform
2. Create resources for teachers to provide pre-mentorship to students
3. Analyze student's data to gain insights on student performance and understand whether students are on track or they need assistance
4. Liaise with the curriculum team to ensure lesson plans and projects are designed towards building strong outcomes
5. Translate the apps built by the kids into fully professional apps by liaising with the student success development team

Learn Java

Learn Voice App Development

Learn HTML

Learn CSS

Learn Node.JS using Javascript

Other requirements

UG: BSc in any specialization, BCA in computers, or B. Tech/B.E. in any specialization

PG: Any postgraduate in any specialization

Programming experience in various programming languages like React, JavaScript, Python, and HTML as well as experience in ed-tech is preferred

Any experience on coding platforms like code.org, Thunkable, or P5 is an added advantage

Experience in building apps/websites from scratch and taking them live would be preferred

Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
