About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on simple & non-sensitive credit accounts & following guidelines established for the organization
2. Work on preparing the receipt of customer payments, reconciling outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status
3. Help customers with questions/problems on their account
4. Perform routine clerical support for functional groups, such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked by direct supervisor
5. Approve order ticket releases for credit accounts on restriction
6. Send out lien notices/certified letters
7. Provide sign-off on commercial and residential lien waivers

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,70,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
