About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Learn and know how the SysCloud application works
2. Learn and know why and how SysCloud customers use our product
3. Learn and know the company staff and what part of SysCloud they work on and directly interface with the engineering, customer success, and sales teams
4. Monitor and manage customer support tickets in HubSpot (this requires first understanding the customer's issue, communicate (in email, phone, or group meetings) with the customer & our team members in sales, customer success, and engineering, resolve the customer's issue by either educating the customer on the product or troubleshooting with the engineering team, make sure the issue is assigned to the right engineer and then communicate the resolution timeline to the customer, and for product enhancement requests, work with product management to enter the request into the project management system)
5. Work on being a voice of the customer in our development process and help to continuously improve our product by speaking in team meetings and writing detailed and well-structured documents

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary will remain the same.

6. Good communication skills (spoken and written English)

7. Has a customer service mindset with empathy to customer’s situations and a genuine desire to help them

8. Has a deep desire and interest in learning the SysCloud domain

9. Has a decent conceptual high-level understanding of how computers, the internet, and cloud apps work

10. They see the customer support role as an essential step on their career path

11. Can bring enthusiasm to work every day and handle the ups and downs of the role with a growth mindset


Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA (All fixed)

5 days a week
