About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle quality lead generation from Facebook & Google
2. Work on ideation, creation, and deployment to measure, optimize & get results on both platforms
3. Maintain the average CPL & produce the targetted ROAS
4. Get the maximum impression share in the market

Performance metrics:

1. Achieving the target no. of quality lead generation from Google Ads within the given budget & CPL
2. Achieving the target no. of quality lead generation from Facebook Ads within the given budget & CPL
3. ROAS for both Google & Facebook

Note: The job will start with a training period of 3 months, during which the salary will be Rs 20,000/month, followed by a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will be Rs 25,000/month. On successful completion of training and probation, you will be getting a CTC of 4.2 LPA (fixed) + 1.2 LPA (variable pay).

1. Hands-on experience on Google & Facebook Ads Manager

2. Good knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag Manager

6. Should be analytically strong

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 5.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
