1. Making sure that our content efforts are well researched, on schedule & are performing well across multiple channels
2. Working on strategizing, planning & management of the content creation calendar, the publishing calendar & the distribution calendar - this is the core of this role
3. Working on blogs, podcasts, YouTube videos, newsletters/emails, PR articles & social content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
4. Identifying, recruiting & overseeing the execution of freelancers, contractors, interns, and full-time employees with regards to content if needed
