About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all channels
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Work on coordinating with a team of a content writer, designer, and vendors
5. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Other requirements

Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies

Able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Minimum 1 years experience in the digital marketing field

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
