1. Understand the job profiles in the firm, identify appropriate target groups, source and screen candidates, and pitch to shortlisted candidates
2. Co-ordinate with the stakeholders, lead proactive pipeline building exercises and maintain trackers
3. Organize and conduct employees wellness programs and bi-monthly employee engagement events
4. Coordinate and organize the learning and development programs
5. Organize and conduct ask-me-anything sessions, HR connects, and townhalls
Education: MBA - human resources from leading b-schools
0-2 years of experience in human resources
Demonstrates learning aptitude, openness to feedback, and ability to work in a team as well as individually
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency or working knowledge of using MS office products, such as MS Excel, PPT, and Word
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹27,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 /year
