About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate and contribute as a key member of an agile cross-functional team to drive product features from the design phase to implementation in production environments
2. Convert design mock-ups and prototypes into functioning feature sets as part of web applications
3. Take ownership of the front-end for our new products from low-level optimizations to improving user experience
4. Lead efforts, including the build-out of new product features and development of reusable React components
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
6. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and propose features and functionalities to the product team
7. Help optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
8. Execute projects, fix bugs, write tests, reduce technical debt, and maintain technical documentation where appropriate
9. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to shaping engineering standards and process improvements

CSS Gitlab HTML JavaScript ReactJS

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn HTML

Learn CSS

Learn Node.JS using Javascript

Learn Software Testing using Javascript

Learn ReactJS

Other requirements

Proven experience in a similar role

Experience building with modern web component frameworks (React)

Hands-on software development experience in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

Experience implementing or consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Solid understanding of UX/UI design, usability, and accessibility

Proficient with version control systems (preferably Git) and code repositories (preferably GitLab)

Outstanding attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously, pair with a peer, or collaborate as a member of the team

Strong willingness to learn and embrace new technologies practical to our products and audience

Ability to work with a remote or distributed team

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
