Have published articles/degree in literature/excellent command of English
Impeccable English writing skills
Preferred: Degree in literature
Excellent written English skills (do not apply if you are weak in grammar & cannot send across writing samples)
Ability to type over 70 wpm
High levels of integrity and honesty
Eye for detail - ability to edit/QC their work
Willing to work Monday to Friday and handle 5,000 words minimum
Must be available online during working hours
Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
Compensation during 6 month probation - Rs 10,000 fixed + $0.003 per word - 5,000 words per day = $15, 22 days a month = 22 x $15 = $330, total - $330 x (current dollar rate 74 INR) = INR 24,420 = 34,420 INR (provided that you deliver 5k words per day/22 days)
