Growth Executive (sales) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop sales strategies and work on leads
2. Handle conversations with parents to provide demo classes for their kids
3. Develop sales plans and work on implementation, performance tracking, and sales process optimization
4. Manage cold calls/emails/texts to the leads and convert them into customers
5. Develop relationships with clients through interactive communication
6. Achieve weekly targets in a high-pressure and performance-driven competitive environment
7. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
8. Follow guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers

Note: There will be a probation period of 6 months where the salary would be Rs. 10,000 per month (with incentives ranging up to Rs. 40,000).
