About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Understand company capabilities and solution offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects
2. Assist in identifying target companies by collecting data from various sources
3. Build opportunities independently through cold calling, inbound calls, emailing, social media, and networking promotions
4. Customize sales pitch according to the target company and contact points to win appointments
5. Communicate effectively with the target audience to convert as an opportunity
6. Prepare and present opportunities reports and reviews on a weekly basis
7. Meet or exceed prospecting targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly

Who can apply

1. Fresher with specialization in sales and marketing preferred

2. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

3. Experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

4. Excellent creative thinking skills with an emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer

5. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, adhering to deadlines while ensuring accuracy

6. Well organized, disciplined, and aggressive in sales hunting and a self-starter


Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.4 LPA

3. Other incentives: 0.2 LPA
