About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on understanding business and technology scenarios and needs & identifying opportunities
2. Work on new business development involving prospect development
3. Research and build relationships with new clients
4. Work on inside sales, business cycle management, business development, account management, and selling multiple solutions offered by Advids
5. Plan approaches and pitch
6. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
7. Present solution offerings and business cases to the client & involve in the preparation of proposals
8. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis
9. Strengthen the company's direct inside sales and business development capabilities
10. Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
11. Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger
12. Involve in discussions with the end client globally

11. Should be ready to work in an international time zone

12. Should have own laptop/desktop along with internet connectivity


Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
