3. Break down complex stuff into simple & understandable language across the slides
4. Create new pitches for online sales

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
