Wono is looking for a junior credit analyst. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the financial status of potential customers, monitoring existing clients, performing risk assessments, writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit alongside our senior credit analysts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients
2. Review credit applications and perform credit checks
3. Structure deals and perform risk assessments
4. Make informed decisions backed by a sound assessment
5. Consult and negotiate with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms, and credit limits
6. Handle multiple projects and submit applications on time
7. Understand business, economic, and industry risks
8. Work on financial forecasting
9. Keep abreast of financial news and trends
10. Practice due diligence
Should be coachable and willing to learn
Should demonstrate sound judgment, analytical, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills
Should have an ethical behavior
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,70,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
