We are seeking a junior customer service representative to join our Wono team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues alongside our senior reps.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
2. Provide information about the products and services
3. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
4. Document and update customer records based on interactions
5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
6. Support our senior reps by providing support on technical documentations
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
