Wono is looking for an internal junior network engineer to work on IT projects to help assess, implement, design, configure, and troubleshoot to ensure successful project completion.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks
2. Establishing and maintaining digital communication software, including email, user logins, and passwords (this includes setting up new employees with company email accounts and providing them with access to the network and troubleshooting for existing employees)
3. Making sure that the networks are protected from malware and viruses, identifying areas that might be under threat and areas where security can be improved, and staying up to date on ever-changing cyber-threats
4. Performing analysis and collecting data to establish the potential for improvements within the communication networks
5. Working with third-party providers remotely to keep the networks running efficiently

General understanding of basic computer terminology
Fundamentals of Windows OS & proficiency in MS Office Suite
Great communication skills (oral & written)
Can successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,20,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
